Our client is a leading fashion brand with its European headquarters in the south of the Netherlands.

Functie

We are looking for a highly analytical performance-oriented Digital Performance Marketeer to drive customer acquisition and retention across the performance media channels. This role is a core contributor to growing new customers, optimizing customer acquisition cost (CAC), increasing lifetime value (LTV) and improving overall customer quality.

Your responsibilities:

– Develop full funnel customer acquisition and retention plans with clear KPIs and performance goals;
– Drive daily, mid- and long-term performance, develop solutions and execute to completion together with our performance marketing agency teams;
– Brainstorm, validate, test and refine customer acquisition and retention initiatives using testing and data analysis to optimize each stage of our demand generation and customer journey touchpoints across platforms;
– Guide the performance marketing agency teams to bring customer insights and advanced customer targeting techniques to bear; Collaborate cross-functionally with the performance marketing agency teams, Planning, Buying;
– Content, Design, and Technology teams to identify opportunities to optimize offers and response rates to maximize acquisition volume, lower Cost of Acquisition and drive higher LTV;
– Ensure the integration of our brand experience and core points of differentiation across all digital touch points to maximize engagement and conversion rates; Forecasting and budgeting of media spend, ensuring we are spending our $ effectively and driving incremental benefit to the business;
– Strategizing future campaign planning to ensure the performance marketing partners can execute with excellence;
– Optimization of toolkits outlining audience selection, spends and asset choices;
– Ongoing analysis and reporting.

Functie-eisen

– A Bachelor’s degree in an analytically oriented discipline (e.g. business, marketing, economics, or similar);
– 5+ years of experience developing a strong working expertise of digital marketing, including deep channel knowledge of Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display with the ability to set best practices and hold teams accountable;
– Experience in managing agencies;
– Experience with in-depth analytics with the ability to think strategically and be execution-oriented to drive an integrated digital marketing strategy;
– Strong understanding of the evolving digital landscape; Ability to learn quickly, iterate based on past results, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
– Team player, able to liaise, collaborate and communicate with different departments;
– Excellent communicator; ability to transform detailed analysis and digital marketing complexity into straightforward summaries for all levels of the organization;
– Fluency in Dutch and English is required;
– Our client doesn’t have a hybrid working model and would like to have the team working on site.
