Our client is a leading fashion brand with it’s European headquarters in the south of the Netherlands.

Functie

As a CRM Manager it’s your task to build true customer loyalty by delivering added value to the potential and existing customers, servicing them with the most inspiring and relevant on brand campaigns, messages and experiences, with the aim to generate more sales and increase retention. You drive, own and optimize the commercial customer-oriented email and SMS calendar and messaging for different customer segments and are responsible for day-to-day management of all email and SMS activities which are focused on the customer lifecycle (inspire, acquire, engage and retain) across our territories. You lead and develop creative, innovative ideas across CRM channels to drive newness among users in order to gain share of orders and drive incremental revenue per customer (RPC) and you keep our contactable database active and growing.

Your responsibilities:

– Develop and execute the CRM strategy and roadmap based on insights in customer needs and business opportunities in order to build scalable programs that improve key retention KPIs;
– Provide a budget forecast from database growth to email and SMS contribution;
– Flourish the current email and SMS channels by measuring and analyzing KPIs and developing consistent reporting to measure business impact of testing, optimizing, and scaling channel growth;
– Work closely with the Paid Media, marketing and buying teams to drive leads and building on the contactable database for sustainable but ambitious growth.

Functie-eisen

– HBO work and thinking level (marketing, business, e-commerce, or a related field);
– At least 3 years working experience in a comparable campaign management position, preferable in the fast fashion industry;
– Both commercially and technically minded;
– Analytical and able to translate business questions and challenges into actionable and measurable solutions;
– Customer centric: see customers as a number 1 priority; Positive and entrepreneurial attitude and drive, and result oriented;
– Accurate worker, eye for detail; Team player, able to liaise, collaborate and communicate with different departments;
– Experience with Klaviyo or a similar platform;
– Fluency in Dutch and English is required;
– Our client doesn’t have a hybrid working model and would like to have the team working on site.
